Session With NTPC Officials on “Strategic Management And Role In Transition” during a 15 Day MDP at PMI NTPC NOIDA

Dr Rajiv delivered a Three Hours Session with about 40 NTPC offcials on ” Strategic Management and Role in Transition” during 15 day MDP being conducted at PMI NTPC NOIDA. Participats had an engaging session and they benefitted from the discussion in understanding of the strategic management perspective of decision making in an organization.

Bid Good Bye to Jaipuria Institute of Management after a 6 year highly successful stint as Director of its Noida and Jaipur campuses. Jaipuria saw major transformations and newer heights during this period and the memories would be well cherished
Joined Indian Institute of Management Jammu ( IIM Jammu) as Professor in Strategic Management Area and was given additional responsibility as Professor-in- Charge of IIM Jammu. IIM Jammu is the 20th IIM in the country with an off campus at Srinagar.
