Attended the 3rd HR- Shared Services Summit at The Lalit Hotel, Mumbai scheduled on 29-30 January 2015. It had featured some of the top CEOs and HR Professionals from across the country to discuss and deliberate upon the emerging trends and challenges in the HR space.Over 300 professionals from across India are likely to participate in the Summit.

Objectivity in Performance Ranking of Higher Education Institutions using Dynamic Data Envelopment Analysis( Research Paper)

Joined Indian Institute of Management Jammu ( IIM Jammu) as Professor in Strategic Management Area and was given additional responsibility as Professor-in- Charge of IIM Jammu. IIM Jammu is the 20th IIM in the country with an off campus at Srinagar.
