Had first opportunity to reach out to YUVA SHAKTI of Jammu city at MIET Jammu a NAAC A grade institute. Deliberation went beyond the topic of “Case Analysis and Discussion” and was quite engaging !

Objectivity in Performance Ranking of Higher Education Institutions using Dynamic Data Envelopment Analysis( Research Paper)
Co-authored a Paper titled “Opportunities and challenges for Indian SMEs to up-scale their businesses and attain sustainable growth post ‘Make in India’ mission’ ” accepted for publication and presentation at International Conference at Poornima School of Management and Poornima University, Jaipur in collaboration with Hanyang University, Seoul (South Korea (Co-authored) to be held on 19-20th February, 2016
Authored a Book Entitled “MBA Meri Manjil” Published by Prabhat Prakashan New Delhi, 2016 for Career Guidance to MBA Aspirants. Book Available in Both Hard and Paper back versions (ISBN: 9789384344467)
Bid Good Bye to Jaipuria Institute of Management after a 6 year highly successful stint as Director of its Noida and Jaipur campuses. Jaipuria saw major transformations and newer heights during this period and the memories would be well cherished
Joined Indian Institute of Management Jammu ( IIM Jammu) as Professor in Strategic Management Area and was given additional responsibility as Professor-in- Charge of IIM Jammu. IIM Jammu is the 20th IIM in the country with an off campus at Srinagar.
Second Self Authored Book “Mission MBA” was released in hands of Padmshri Dr. Pritam Singh who blessed the book with Foreword. Book has been published by Prabhat Prakashan, New Delhi. First Book on Management Education was published in 2016 titled MBA Meri Manzil
